The shoe brings in a translucent TPU upper, overlaying an internal cage to hold your foot in place. It’s a move designed to be light and flexible while offering plenty of lockdown support without added bulk. 

The Gold shoe also has a new lacing system, exposed stitching, smaller swooshes, and additional branding above the tongue and on the heel.

You’ll have to break in those VaporMax bubbles if you want to run in these—and they’ll likely get worn down over long marathon-training miles—but they’re a bouncy option for the casual runner in a bold color combo.
