Lake CX302-X Special Edition Shoes

The Lake CX 302-X Shoes focus on power transfer and efficiency. They are perfect for the rider who prefers a slimmer fit at the toe box. This special edition version features a sleek black/metal color scheme for a unique look. This version is made to accommodate riders with rider feet, providing an extra 15mm at the ball of the foot compared to the standard version. They are built for very high cadence riders who put heavy pressure on the pedals. To accommodate this, Lake tightened the heel to keep the rider’s foot in place through these high-effort rides. The CX 302-X Shoe is all about power and going fast.

The sole of these shoes is made with 100 percent carbon fiber. This high-stiffness material contributes to the power riders need on a sprint while simultaneously dropping the weight. Lake utilized a double sole system with a semi-flexible inner sole paired with a rigid outer sole. This system allows for maximum power to be put into the pedals without sacrificing comfort. Extra flexibility in the sole also helps avoid foot numbness or pain. The upper is made with Clarino Microfiber with mesh for a form fitting and secure hold. A Carbitex panel paired with an Li2 BOA Push/Pull Lacing System provides a secure and accurate fit. The Lake CX 302-X Shoes are ready to help you hit your top speed on the road.
