Confidently Explore Any Trail with an Adaptable
Brooks has been a consistent name in the running world for years, providing quality shoes for a variety of occasions. It’s no surprise to see success from Brooks, especially after testing their latest iteration of the Cascadia.
The Cascadia 19 builds on the success of it’s predecessor, featuring some upgrades without losing redesigning itself entirely. One of the most notable updates is the increase in DNA LOFT foam underfoot, providing lightweight, nitrogen-infused cushioning. An extra 2 mm in the heel and 4 mm in the forefoot provide your feet with greater impact protection while pounding the dirt.
Incorporated within the thicker midsole is a flexible rock plate, using Brooks’ Trail Adapt System to increase protection and adaptability on uncertain terrain. Another feature that thrives on uncertain terrain is the TrailTack Green rubber outsole. Made with 25% recycled content, this outsole provides optimal traction in wet and dry conditions, allowing you to run with confidence.
To finish things off, the Cascadia 19 uses an airy mesh upper, providing a bit of structure for a secure fit that feels lightweight and breathable. The Brooks Cascadia delivers time and time again, making it a great choice for all the trail-lovers out there.
