This updated model features a waterproof nubuck leather upper certified by the Leather Working Group with a Gold rating. It incorporates GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology for waterproof, breathable protection, using a face fabric made from 70% recycled polyester. The shoe’s construction includes 100% recycled yarn meshes in the vamp, quarter, collar, and tongue lining for enhanced sustainability. A durable, abrasion-resistant toe cap protects the foot on rugged terrain. The midsole is engineered from a lightweight, 30% sugarcane-based EVA foam, providing responsive cushioning. For superior traction on varied surfaces, the outsole is made from Vibram Megagrip rubber. Additional comfort features include a soybean-based sockliner and an Achilles heel comfort build. The design is finished with metal eyelets and 100% recycled polyester laces (excluding aglets). The shoe’s Swallow Tail heel aids in a smooth transition during movement.
